Our point of difference, we have employed drivers (not subcontracted) that can provide minimal assistance from your front door to vehicle, medical facilities etc.

Example: carrying max. 2 grocery bags, loading/off-loading mobility aids such as walkers, portable scooters, foldable wheelchairs etc.

Our transport is suitable for adults, seniors, children + disabled members of public who can still manage to get in + out of our sedan, hatchback or 10 seater van vehicles with minimal assistance + do not require baby, child or booster seats.

Opened in July 2025 by an experienced transport team from one of Canberra’s biggest non-for-profit community organisation that unfortunately had to close its transport section in November 2024 due to rising transport costs + their government funding unfortunately not being able to fully subsidise this scenario.

Not enough community minded individual or small group transport options as an alternative to Taxis and Ubers, especially for vulnerable members of public.

Plus transport that can easily cross state borders without any particular government ruling.

Example: Canberra taxis can pickup or drop customers in Queanbeyan Palerang region but cannot pickup anyone from Queanbeyan Palerange region and transport them to a destination within New South Wales.

Listen to what the customer/s and market need from transport, fill that gap or at least find a middle ground so it benefits everyone and blend our 30+ years of skills, knowledge + willingness to continuously help the community by creating Duty of Care Transport to initially service Canberra and Queanbeyan Palerang region.

+ once profitable, will use a percentage of the profits to create a “community fare fund” to offer heavily subsidised transport for people who cannot afford essential transport.

No one should be left isolated due to cost or lack of transport.
