When will the driver pick me up?

Please be ready approximately 45 minutes before your appointment time.

We are privatised community transport, so might need to pickup or drop-off another customer on the way.

When your appointment has finished, call us
or if already notified, we always aim to pick you up on time + will advise if there is any delay.

Can you collect me from inside the hospital or medical facility?

Yes we can, no extra charge.
Call when you are ready, if you have not already advised us.

Our drivers have collected + signed out customers from inside medical places after various appointments for eyes, dialysis, colonoscopies etc.

Are you the only customer in the vehicle?

Sometimes.

For our 5 seater vehicles
(maximum 3 people with our driver)

We might need to pickup another customer going in a similar direction to you.

We are not government funded, so for us to provide you with affordable higher duty of care transport, we have to operate like a private business to cover cost.

But in return, you get an experienced team from a community transport background providing you door to door transport service with higher duty of care.

Whats the difference between you, taxi or uber?

Our drivers spend more time helping you in and out of buildings, our vehicles plus sign you out from appointments.

Taxis, Ubers and other ride share businesses make you find or go to their vehicle.

We also provide higher duty of care.
For example, our drivers knock on your door or walk into the medical foyer to collect you if you do not answer your phone for pickup.

If you are not found or contactable, our drivers will advise the office team, who will then try contacting you, your emergency contacts, medical facility and hospitals to locate/check you are ok.

Is my transport cost tax deductible?

Unfortunately no because we are providing you transport in return for your money.

But if you run your own business/company or your employer is paying for the trip, then yes it is for the business/employer.

Just keep your receipt ready for tax time.
